Returns & Refunds

Goods that have been opened, used, or damaged cannot be returned.

We will refund or exchange if the item is faulty, however this must be reported to shop@warmafloor.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

Any returned items will be sent back at the customer’s expense. In the case of a faulty item the cost of returning the product will be refunded.

Our Returns Process

1. Email shop@warmafloor.co.uk referencing your name, order number and items to return.
2. When packing your items ensure you include your name and order number.
3. Please package your items and arrange postage.
4. Upon successful receipt of the items a refund will be processed within 5 working days.
