Payments Taken

Warmafloor uses Stripe and WooCommerce to take your payment, the following cards are accepted:

Visa 3d Secure Authentication Apple Pay, Google pay
Mastercard 3d Secure Authentication Apple Pay, Google pay
American Express 3d Secure Authentication Apple Pay, Google pay


You may complete an online purchase as a guest or by registering for a website account with a unique password. Payment for all goods and services is required in advance, and we will include the prevailing rates of UK value added tax (VAT) where appropriate. All prices are quote in UK pound Sterling. Any currency conversion costs or other charges or costs incurred by you when making a payment or in processing a refund, shall be borne by you and shall not be deducted from any amount payable to WARMAFLOOR (GB) LTD.

We are pleased to accept orders online using your credit/debit card. Online transactions via credit/debit card are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa and PAY PAL.  If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

The web price includes VAT at 20% where applicable.

Where a mistake has been made by WARMAFLOOR (GB) LTD, the purchaser may cancel the contract, and receive a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy set out below.

We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.

If the card supplier declines payment WARMAFLOOR (GB) LTD is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.

Every effort is made to keep the online payment facility up and running smoothly. However, the WARMAFLOOR (GB) LTD takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the online payment facility being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
